We offer a 30-day return window for all Golden Goose shoes purchased from our store. The 30-day period begins from the date of delivery as confirmed by our shipping carrier.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Items must not have any odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
Important Note:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on shoes that have been worn outdoors or show any signs of use. Please try on shoes indoors only on clean, soft surfaces.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Customized or personalized shoes
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Damaged or Defective Items
